For condo shoppers that have found the prices in some of the other areas around Sarasota to be a bit steep, North Port is a great option for some relief from that sticker shock. This is a lovely place to own a condo, but it won’t cost you as much to make a purchase as it will in some of the communities nearer to the coast.
